The Canadian Forage and Grassland Association is hosting a 5 part rotational grazing webinar specifically for sheep and goat producers. Session 5 on Mar. 11 is Practical Implementation and Troubleshooting.

Webinar Series Overview: 
This program is designed to introduce small ruminant producers in Alberta and Saskatchewan to the principles and practices of rotational grazing, focusing on improving pasture health, animal productivity, and long-term sustainability. Each session includes interactive presentations, Q&A opportunities, and actionable takeaways. 

Dates: Feb. 11, 18, 25, March 4 & 11 at 7 pm MT

Session 5: Practical Implementation and Troubleshooting (March 11) 
Duration: 90 minutes 
Review and Refinement of Grazing Plans  
Peer review and expert feedback on participant plans. 
Addressing Common Challenges  
Dealing with drought, overgrazing, and water distribution issues. 
Building Resilience in Grazing Systems  
Adaptive management and long-term planning.
