Ontario producers who have On-Farm Climate Action Fund (OFCAF) projects in the rotational grazing category can earn a Knowledge Sharing Event (KSE) credit at the Canadian Forage and Grassland Association’s (CFGA) 15th Annual Conference on Dec. 4, 2024. The theme of this day is Grassland and Pastures, with the afternoon sessions showcasing "Producers’ View on the Ground."
Key KSE presentations include "Grazing Tools, Tips and New Technologies - Virtual Cattle Fence (eShepherd)" with Tim Prior of Brussels Agri-Services and "Rotational Grazing - Getting Started and the Journey" with Brenda Hsueh of Black Sheep Farm.
The conference takes place at the Delta Hotel in Guelph, Ontario Dec. 3 to 6. Attendees will need register to attend the CFGA conference Dec. 4 to receive their KSE credit. Registration closes on Nov. 22, 2024 and a limited number of producer rate spots are available. Learn more and register here.

Producer rate available for ON and QC producers!
The producer rate for producers in Ontario and Quebec is $100 per day for Day 1 (Dec. 4) and Day 2 (Dec. 5th) of the conference.
To take advantage of this rate, Ontario producers must reach out to Ontario Forage Council (OFC) at [email protected], and Quebec producers must reach out to Conseil québécois des plantes fourragères (CQPF) at [email protected]. Producers will receive a special one-time use code for registration.
