Calling all young ranchers! Join the Canadian Forage and Grassland Association’s (CFGA) monthly virtual meetings.
Connect, learn and grow with fellow young ranchers in the CFGA’s peer-to-peer working group. Hosted by the CFGA’s Saskatchewan lead, these monthly virtual sessions are open to all species, sectors and operation sizes.
Our group focuses on grazing technology, producer-driven topics and mentorship opportunities, covering practical and strategic topics that matter most to young ranchers.
The October Young Ranchers Network Meeting will be with Dr. Bart Lardner, University of Saskatchewan. He will speak about grazing standing forage, the benefits of stockpiled grass, extensive winter grazing and winter management tips.
Upcoming Sessions:

- Dec: No meeting
- Jan 28, 7 p.m.: OFCAF application prep
