Meagan is a dedicated ecologist at Blazing Star Environmental, where she contributes to a variety of research projects centered on species at risk conservation and recovery. Growing up in a rural community, Meagan cultivated a deep passion for nature while exploring the forests and wetlands of eastern Ontario. She holds a B.Sc. in Biology and Environmental Resource Science and an advanced diploma in Ecosystem Management.
In addition to her research efforts, Meagan actively engages in stewardship initiatives that benefit both ecosystems and local communities. Whether conducting field research or collaborating with landowners, her commitment to enhancing biodiversity and promoting sustainable practices is evident in all her work. Through her efforts, Meagan strives to create a positive impact on both the environment and the communities that rely on it.
