Courtney operates Vriens Nutrition Consulting, specializing in dairy and meat sheep nutrition. She serves a large clientele across Canada. She has worked in ruminant nutrition for the past 10 years since graduating from the university of Guelph in 2015. Together with her husband they have a flock of Rideau, Dorset cross sheep and reside close to Arthur, Ontario.
