Back To All

Description: The Canadian Forage and Grassland Association (CFGA) is leading a project through the Canada Nature Fund program to adapt and customize the online Habitat and Biodiversity Assessment Tool (HBAT) for use in provinces across Canada. The tool, which was originally developed in Alberta, is a source of biodiversity conservation information and supporting resources for all of those interested in habitat stewardship on the land they own or manage.

Join the CFGA as they formally launch the New Brunswick HBAT for land stewards, farmers, and professional extension professionals to use. This 2-hour launch webinar will involve a background on the tool and HBAT project, a demonstration of the tool, how to read the output report(s), and finally the potential for use across Ontario.

There will also be time for questions from the audience, and the webinar will be recorded and made available for viewing by registrants.

The CFGA invites you to join us for the New Brunswick Launch on March 26, 2025 from 1 - 3 pm Atlantic.

Please register below. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions.

Upcoming provincial HBAT launches include:

PEI HBAT Launch ~ March 27, 1 - 3 pm AT

Quebec HBAT Launch ~ March 28,  1-3 pm EST

BC HBAT Launch - March 31, 10 am PST
